<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>1. Position Management (25%)</h3>
<p>• Assist with the reconciliation of positions between physical and derivative portfolios to support accurate exposure monitoring and reporting.<br />
• Ensure timely and accurate trade entry into relevant systems and support regular position reconciliation activities.<br />
• Investigate and help resolve trade discrepancies, breaks, or data inconsistencies in collaboration with internal teams and counterparties.<br />
• Facilitate communication among commercial, operational, finance, and support functions to support issue resolution and effective workflow management.</p>
<h3>2. Contract Execution Support (25%)</h3>
<p>• Support the administration and execution of procurement and sales agreements, ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with contractual obligations.<br />
• Assist in coordinating declarations, deliveries, and related operational requirements with internal and external stakeholders.<br />
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support efficient contract execution and timely resolution of operational matters.</p>
<h3>3. Contract Administration (25%)</h3>
<p>• Assist in the preparation, review, issuance, and completion of contractual documentation in line with company policies and business requirements.<br />
• Support discussions and coordination relating to contract terms, amendments, and documentation requirements with relevant stakeholders.<br />
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, governance procedures, and applicable regulatory obligations throughout the contract lifecycle.</p>
<h3>4. System Control &amp; Data Integrity (15%)</h3>
<p>• Support the timely preparation and distribution of trade confirmations, contract summaries, reports, and related documentation.<br />
• Maintain data accuracy by reconciling information across systems and supporting documentation.<br />
• Participate in data validation and record maintenance activities to ensure information integrity and audit readiness.</p>
<h3>5. Pre-Trade Support (10%)</h3>
<p>• Assist with counterparty onboarding activities, including documentation collection, verification, and internal approval processes.<br />
• Support the preparation and submission of credit-related documentation and other pre-trade requirements.<br />
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient business operations.</p>
<h2>Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</h2>
<p>• Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.<br />
• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade operations, commodity trading support, contract administration, logistics coordination, or a related field.<br />
• Understanding of commodity trading operations, including physical and derivative transactions.<br />
• Knowledge of hedging principles, exchange-traded instruments, and risk management concepts would be advantageous.<br />
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and commodity trading and risk management platforms is preferred.<br />
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<br />
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br />
