<p>The person will collaborate closely with both internal and external teams to achieve strategic objectives and ensure complete adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, exchange regulations (CME, GFEX, OTC), and ethical principles during stakeholder interactions.</p>

<p><strong>Trading and Team Leadership (50%)</strong></p>

<li>Oversee the hedge book activities, guaranteeing adherence to procedures and procedures are followed, data input, P&amp;L modifications and exposure adjustments are revised and verified daily</li>
<li>Forecast possible alterations in exposure, including counterparty performance risk, pricing exposure shifts as a result of logistical delays, and formulate the optimal strategy to handle this efficiently</li>
