Job Description
Duties:
- Accountable for meeting the Provision Profit Center’s EBlT goal, sales margin objective, and sales target for the Singapore branch.
- Accountable for establishing the procurement strategy for Provision in Singapore and globally.
- Taskedwithoverseeingthedeliveryof international data to guarantee data uniformity.
- Analyzeworldwide market supply rates and evaluatevarious local prices for key products.
- Makecertain that sufficient supplier due diligence is conducted at thebeginning and over time.
- Taskedwithcoordinatingdepartment resources and capabilities to reach the best performance and sales results in the Singapore office.
- Taskedwithmanaging suppliers, guaranteeingefficient supplier relations and advancing the company’s best interests.
- Worktogether with various internal stakeholders to pinpointshortcomings and enhance operational procedures.
- Accountable for theestablishmentof all price lists and default suppliers in the ERP system, aswellasthe selection and registrationof suppliers in the ERP system. Optimize local vendors and increase supplier volume, negotiate contract pricing and additionaldiscounts.
- Inspire and impacttheentire team to fosterrobustcollaboration with boththeirdepartment and others,maintain a positive and enthusiasticenvironment,acknowledge and assess each individual’scontributions and performance during weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings and evaluations.
- Implement the policy set by the company thoroughly and maintaincomplete execution; participate in all trainingsessions organized by the company to enhance management skills
Requirements:
- Atleast 7–10 years of experience in procurement, ideallywithin marine, offshore, FMCG, or international trading sectors.
- Extensivebackground in global sourcing, negotiatingwithsuppliers, and managing international procurement.
- Demonstratedbusinessinsight with asolidgrasp of market trends and pricing models.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagementabilities.
- Haveexcellent analytical skills and expertise in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
- Self-sufficient,initiative-driven, and capableofperforming under stressin a dynamic commercial setting.
- Strong communication abilities, in both writing and speaking.
- Preference for bilingual candidates
