Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in marine, offshore, and engineering industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, procurement) to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team (if applicable)

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in engineering, marine, or industrial sectors
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development
  • Strong technical understanding of spare parts, machinery, or engineering solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marine or offshore industry sales
  • Existing network of clients within relevant industries
  • Leadership experience in managing a sales team
