Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the maritime sector (shipowners, ship managers, offshore, and ports)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Promote the company’s portfolio of solutions, including navigation, communication, and automation systems
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to proposal submission and contract negotiation
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive strategic sales initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Maritime Studies, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the maritime or offshore industry
  • Strong understanding of marine electronics, navigation, or communication systems is advantageous
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
