Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of provisions, bonded stores, and technical supplies
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality
- Coordinate with operations and logistics for on-time vessel deliveries
- Handle urgent, last-minute orders aligned with vessel schedules
- Monitor inventory levels, costs, and supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with port regulations and documentation requirements
- Liaise with ship owners, captains, and internal teams
Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in ship chandling / marine procurement
- Strong knowledge of marine supplies, vessel operations, and port logistics
- Good negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
