Job Description
- Assumeaccountability for facilitatingseamless post-fixture operations of designated vessels in close collaboration with our chartering team, the vessels’ captains, and all pertinent external entities (charterers, agents, shippers, receivers, terminals, and bunker suppliers).
- Organize,manage, and overseethe sailing timetableof vessels and their port
- Sustaining the internal journey management software
- Generate invoices, gatherpending hire/freight, manage agents, and arrange bunker stems.
- Keepaclosewatchon vessels’ performance (speed-consumption) and prevent off-hire.
- Examine the financialoutcomes of the vessels by contrasting the actual results with the trip’s pre-calculation.
- Analyzingnew regulations and requirements and providingguidanceto colleagues on necessary
- Monitor all associated markets alongsideDry Bulk shipping carefully.
- Cultivating and enhancing connections with pertinent external stakeholders (charterers, agents, shippers, receivers, terminals, and fuel suppliers).

- Excellent knowledge of Dry Bulk shipping and associated cargoes, especially regarding
- Capability to organize and implement in a systematic and forward-thinking way.
- Strong grasp of Voyage Charter Agreements
- As we operate globally, a solid understanding of English is necessary. Extra language abilities are an advantage.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Shipnet voyage software is an advantage.
