Responsible for partnering with the business to define, design, and implement people initiatives that positively impact organizational performance and culture. The HR Manager will play a key role in driving HR strategies at the country level, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. This role combines strategic partnership and operational execution, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with country and regional objectives.
  • Support and execute HR strategies, including key projects and initiatives.
  • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery.
  • Localize and govern HR policies in line with Singapore regulations and best practices.
  • Drive talent strategies, including talent assessment, succession planning, leadership development, and capability building.
  • Promote a high-performance and engaged culture through employee experience initiatives.
  • Provide oversight on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Lead HR projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams, COEs, and external partners.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in HR business partnering and country-level HR leadership.
  • Proven experience in executing HR strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Experience in organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Strong expertise in talent management and leadership development.
  • Solid employee relations experience handling complex cases.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use HR analytics.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
