Job Description

Based in Singapore, the Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Snr Director, Human Resources. Responsible for Talent Acquisition Strategy and Initiatives across global offices, with a strong focus for our Singapore Office.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and develop a talent acquisition team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management to achieve hiring goals
  • Develop and implement company talent acquisition strategy, build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
  • Lead Talent Brand Strategy, social media presence, platforms, educational institutions and other relevant associations to further drive our talent brand and aid in the attraction of top talent
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of regional internal and external markets
  • Gathers trends and metrics in partnership with the HR organisation to show the health of the client group as it relates to quality of hires, diversity, retention etc.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience with over 8 years of Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experience
  • Possess strong hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting processes within a corporate and highly matrixed organization
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to use independent judgment in prioritising tasks, demonstrates the ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
  • Keen attention to detail, efficient and highly organised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior work ethic, accountability and ownership of work
  • Ability to leverage communication and interpersonal skills to successfully establish and maintain professional relationships and work effectively with all levels of management
  • Solid project management experience, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • High-level attention to detail with the ability to manage workload with shifting priorities
  • Ability to objectively and quantitatively analyze talent acquisition performance and turn insights into improvement strategies.
