Client seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications for Android, iOS, and Web. In this role, you will contribute to application architecture, technical direction, code quality, and successful delivery, while taking full ownership of features from development to production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Flutter and Dart applications for mobile and web platforms.
• Take ownership of features throughout the full lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Establish and maintain clean, scalable architectures and reusable application components.
• Develop advanced user interfaces, state management, navigation, API integrations, and data-driven functionality.
• Build offline-first capabilities with local storage, caching, synchronization, conflict resolution, and recovery from interrupted processes.
• Manage complex file operations, including uploads, downloads, local storage, caching, large files, and retry or resume mechanisms.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, authentication services, push notifications, analytics tools, and third-party SDKs.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues across Flutter, native platforms, web environments, networking, storage, and application lifecycle management.
• Improve application startup speed, rendering efficiency, memory consumption, network usage, and overall performance.
• Develop unit, widget, and integration tests while maintaining strong engineering practices through thorough code reviews.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to transform business requirements into reliable and scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor other developers and contribute to engineering best practices, technical standards, and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, including substantial hands-on experience delivering production applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Demonstrated experience building, releasing, and maintaining Flutter applications for iOS and Android, along with experience using Flutter Web.
• Strong understanding of Flutter internals, widget and application lifecycles, rendering, asynchronous programming, isolates, and performance optimization.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture and design patterns, including Clean Architecture, MVVM, or comparable approaches.
