Job Summary:
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting key HR functions across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, training coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This role works closely with employees and managers to ensure smooth HR processes, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The position also supports employee relations matters and HR initiatives, requiring a high level of organization, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including screening, scheduling interviewing, and conducting reference checks
- Oversee onboarding process to ensure smooth employee integration
- Monitor probation and internal movement processes
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to HR Manager
- Assist in employee disciplinary cases including investigation and documentation
- Support termination processes in compliance with labor law
- Inform HR manager on employee relations issues
- Support employee grievances and maintain positive industrial relations
- Assist to develop, review, and update HR guidelines, SOPs, and employee handbook
- Ensure company practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee HR operational processes including attendance, leave management, and employee documentation
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR records
- Plan, manage, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors on company events and employee engagement activities (e.g., townhalls, team building, annual events), ensuring effective execution and positive employee experience
- Coordinate career fairs and employer branding activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and continuous improvement of workflows
- Work with department managers to identify training needs
- Coordinate and track training programs for employee development
- Handle HRDF tracking and submission processes.
- Liaise with external parties including government authorities when required
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance reporting
- Undertake additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communications, both written and verbal, in leading teams and coordinating with peers and other disciplines on driving projects/issues to closure.
- Commitment to organizational excellence and constant awareness to seek opportunities to improve processes/quality of deliverables.
- Superb ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities.
- Superb ability to meet committed timelines, leveraging assistance/input from peers.

Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administrative support
- Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, HR responsibilities, policies and procedures
