Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a solid background in recreational diving to join the team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of diving equipment and techniques, along with a proven ability to drive sales performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the diving, offshore, and marine industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients such as shipowners, offshore operators, and marine contractors.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and commercial tenders.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate costing and alignment of project scope.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and relevant industry events when required.

Diving & Operational Support

  • Participate in diving operations when necessary to support inspections, surveys, or project execution.
  • Conduct site evaluations and provide technical input for project planning and proposals.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams during project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to diving safety standards, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in Marine Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in commercial diving, offshore, or marine operations is required.
  • Sales or client-facing experience in the diving, marine, or offshore sector is highly preferred.
  • Valid diving certification (e.g., ADAS, IMCA, or equivalent) is preferred or required.
  • Strong understanding of marine and offshore operational environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in offshore or site-based assignments.
  • CSCUBA / SSDE certification is an advantage (optional).
