Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Sales team. This role focuses on coordinating and driving service sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient project execution, all while promoting the culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales of service and provide efficient technical support.
  • Manage service contracts and oversee execution of service projects.
  • Negotiate and sell Ship Owner Agreements and related products.
  • Promote services and new products locally and globally.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Monitor job costing, profitability, and contribution margins.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and ensure contract compliance.
  • Support the Owner Sales Manager in identifying risks and opportunities
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, and training when required
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
