Business Development & Account Management
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the region.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry partners.
End-to-End Customer Management
- Oversee the complete customer lifecycle, from prospecting and acquisition through service delivery and after-sales support.
- Ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Provide ongoing customer support and proactively identify opportunities for business expansion.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Sales
- Monitor market developments, customer trends, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer by communicating market insights, customer requirements, and business opportunities to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and execution of regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
