Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure vessels meet necessary technical standards and performance criteria.
- Maintain and update vessels’ certificates and documents systematically.
- Implement the Company’s planned maintenance system efficiently.
- Organize and oversee class, statutory, and other vessel surveys.
- Manage dry-dockings and other maintenance tasks effectively.
- Evaluate and enhance crew performance.
- Prepare and oversee vessels’ technical budget.
- Perform any other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Tanker seafaring experience as a Chief Engineer or Second Engineer (minimum COC Class 2 or 3), or at least 2 years of technical superintendent experience for oil and bunker tankers.
- Demonstrates strong integrity and professionalism.
- Possesses exceptional leadership, teamwork, management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written communication.
