Job Description
- Offer assistance to the technical department
- Aid in the creation and upkeep of a repair database and the compilation of technical specifications
- Support the preparation of technical reports
- Assist in compiling and tracking technical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliverables
- Coordinate with vessels and various departments for the procurement of spares, stores, and contractor services
- Ensure accuracy and systematic maintenance of technical drawings, manuals, plans, reports, certificates, and documents within a database
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma in marine engineering or a related field (preferably maritime or engineering majors)
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
- Demonstrate meticulousness, diligence, and professionalism
- Exhibit strong drafting and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
