Empowering Sales Growth Through Strategic Marketing

In this crucial role, you’ll play a vital part in driving sales success for our Ship Management, Ship Agency, and Commercial Business Units (BUs) through innovative marketing strategies and execution. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Campaign Development and Management:
    • Craft and launch marketing plans and campaigns to promote new product launches across our maritime service offerings.
    • Develop data-driven, account-based marketing (ABM) activities aligned with sales strategies, generating qualified leads and supporting sales pipeline growth.
    • Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure ownership and effective execution of go-to-market plans and strategic campaigns within their territories.
  • Building a Collaborative Network:
    • Foster strong relationships and communication channels between marketing, sales teams, and BU leaders.
    • Work together to assess campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic adjustments.
  • Crafting Compelling Content:
    • Develop compelling customer value propositions and key messaging tailored to specific market segments.
    • Design a comprehensive channel marketing approach for promoting existing and new services, clearly communicating their value proposition.
    • Partner with external agencies and vendors to create impactful content and messaging, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with BU leadership.
  • Driving Strategic Growth:
    • Support the implementation of the company’s overall strategy, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with customer expectations, mission, values, and growth objectives.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and plans.
    • Track and measure marketing results, presenting quarterly and bi-annual performance summaries.
  • Regional Implementation:
    • Collaborate with BU leaders and regional sales teams to adapt and localize marketing plans for successful execution in specific countries and regions.
