Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and maintain vessel and offshore drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist with technical and commercial consultancy projects and deliverables.
- Support DP FMEA/FMECA Verification Trials and related reporting activities.
- Assist in conducting OCIMF OVID and IMCA CMID inspections.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, specifications, and project records.
- Coordinate with clients, shipyards, vessel operators, and third-party stakeholders.
- Provide engineering and project management support to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, and progress tracking.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret vessel drawings, P&IDs, GA plans, and technical schematics.
- 1–3 years of experience in a marine, engineering, or technical support role preferred.
- Knowledge of DP systems, OVID, CMID inspections, or marine consultancy services is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to travel when required.
