Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Support brokers on fixtures and manage post-fixture operational matters.

Handle recap confirmations and assist with charter party administration.

Coordinate voyage execution with owners, charterers, agents, and operators.

Monitor vessel movements and follow up on operational issues.

Prepare and manage voyage documentation (NOR, SOF, hire statements, laytime, demurrage/despatch where applicable).

Maintain accurate fixture and voyage records.

Assist with commercial reporting and market data updates.

Support claims or disputes in coordination with internal stakeholders when required.
Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics, or related discipline.

Experience in shipbroking operations, post-fixture, or commercial shipping preferred.

Basic understanding of charter parties, laytime, and voyage operations.

Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
-
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple voyages concurrently.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
