Post-Fixture Executive (Shipowner) (S18735)

Handle post-fixture activities including recap confirmations, charter party administration, and voyage execution support.
Coordinate with Chartering, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
Monitor voyage progress and follow up on operational matters with agents, owners, and charterers.
Prepare and manage voyage documentation (SOF, NOR, hire statements, demurrage/despatch calculations, invoices).
Track laytime and assist with claims or disputes in coordination with the claims/legal team when required.
Maintain accurate records of fixtures, voyages, and commercial data.
Support reporting on voyage performance and commercial outcomes.

Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics, or related discipline.
Experience in post-fixture, operations, or commercial shipping roles preferred.
Basic understanding of charter parties, laytime, demurrage, and voyage operations.
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple voyages simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
