Job Description

We are currently partnering with a leading ship management company looking to hire a Technical Director (Oil Tankers).

This is a senior leadership role overseeing technical operations across an oil tanker fleet, with a strong focus on:
• Fleet performance and reliability
• Leading and developing technical teams
• Budgeting, dry docking, and cost optimisation
• Driving operational excellence and safety standards

We are looking to speak with candidates who have a proven track record managing oil tanker fleets at a senior level, ideally within a ship management environment.
