Job Description

    • Coordinate logistics for tools, spare parts, workshop services, and field service activities based on approved maintenance plans and customer confirmation.
    • Ensure all work complies with quality, health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor and communicate service progress to customers, internal teams, and external suppliers through regular status updates.
    • Arrange field service jobs, workshop activities, spare parts, and tool requirements to support timely execution.
    • Maintain close coordination with field service personnel before, during, and after service activities to ensure contractual obligations are met.
    • Respond promptly and accurately to customer requests related to service contracts.
    • Coordinate the procurement, shipment, and delivery of parts, tools, and workshop components to avoid delays in maintenance activities.
    • Update contract managers on issues, changes, and project developments.
    • Organize inbound and outbound transportation and consolidate shipments to and from customer locations.
    • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, location, destination, or quantities while minimizing operational impact.
    • Consolidate field service reports and distribute updates to relevant stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with operational support and technical teams to resolve service-related issues.
    • Review and validate service costs and provide accurate information for invoicing.
    • Handle and coordinate claims related to field services, spare parts, and tools.
    • Coordinate customer logistics requirements, including permits, visas, accommodation, tools, and parts availability.
    • Work closely with internal supply chain teams to expedite parts delivery and resolve logistics challenges.
    • Ensure contractual terms related to spare parts and service delivery are followed.
    • Participate actively in cross-functional contract management activities.

    Requirements

    • Degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering or a related discipline.
    • Good command of spoken and written English.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience coordinating logistics, field service operations, or maintenance activities within the maritime or engineering industry is an advantage.
    • Ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
    • Willingness to undergo a security screening if required for the position.
