About the Role

As part of our continued growth and expansion across the region, we are seeking experienced and driven Senior Sales Managers to join our commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals with a strong background in logistics, shipping, or supply chain solutions to play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Account Management

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the region.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry partners.

End-to-End Customer Management

  • Oversee the complete customer lifecycle, from prospecting and acquisition through service delivery and after-sales support.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Provide ongoing customer support and proactively identify opportunities for business expansion.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Sales

  • Monitor market developments, customer trends, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by communicating market insights, customer requirements, and business opportunities to internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Support the growth and development of the regional sales organization.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales professionals, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and customer success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience within the shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Existing network and strong industry relationships within the logistics and transportation sector will be highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting sales teams is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/sales management tools.
