Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Manage a portfolio of HVAC projects from award to final handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Monitor project performance, risks, and financial results.
- Implement best practices and standardized project execution methods.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers.
- Provide guidance on technical, operational, contractual, and commercial matters.
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, shipyards, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support contract negotiations and strategic project discussions.
Commercial & Contract Management
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and profitability.
- Manage variations, claims, and contractual issues.
- Support dispute resolution and contract negotiations.
Direct Project Management
- Personally manage 1–2 strategic HVAC projects.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure project objectives and client expectations are achieved.
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Support procurement strategies and supplier selection.
- Lead negotiations for critical equipment and subcontract packages.
- Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance..
Leadership Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
