We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth across the marine services sector. This is an exciting opportunity to lead business development initiatives, expand strategic customer relationships, and develop new market opportunities across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute regional business development strategies
✔ Drive lead generation, tender management, and customer acquisition
✔ Build strong relationships with vessel owners, ship management companies, shipyards, and offshore operators
✔ Promote marine services, navigation, communication, and automation solutions
✔ Conduct costing, profitability analysis, and commercial negotiations
✔ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
✔ Lead and develop a high-performing regional team
Requirements:
✔ Proven business development and sales experience within the maritime or offshore industry
✔ Strong network with vessel owners, ship management companies, shipyards, marine equipment suppliers, or offshore operators
✔ Experience in marine navigation, communication, automation, technical services, or related sectors
✔ Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and leadership skills
✔ Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans
