Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of complex reporting solutions by identifying trends, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations
  • Conduct advanced analytics, data modeling, and data mining activities to support operational and commercial decision-making
  • Oversee and improve data management processes while maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards
  • Coordinate and perform regression testing and critical function validation across multiple trading and operational systems during new releases and enhancements
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve system-related operational issues encountered by end users, escalating concerns when necessary
  • Partner with commercial teams and global stakeholders to understand operational requirements and evolving end-to-end transaction workflows
  • Design and configure system-based solutions by translating business requirements into practical operational processes and technical configurations
  • Act as a cross-functional technical expert, fostering collaboration and maintaining strong relationships across operational, commercial, and support functions
  • Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives through the design and implementation of standardized workflows and global projects
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely completion of deliverables while aligning outcomes with organizational objectives
  • Work closely with technology teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and improve system performance
  • Develop and facilitate training programs related to systems, tools, and operational processes
  • Promote knowledge sharing and transparency across teams to improve collaboration and operational efficiency throughout the business cycle
  • Support business continuity initiatives and participate in contingency planning activities when required

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, trading operations, or a related support function with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent hands-on industry experience in lieu of formal education
  • Strong expertise in data gathering, analysis, interpretation, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience working with enterprise resource planning and trading/risk management platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to varied audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex operational environments, maintain accountability, and improve work processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Experience mentoring, guiding, or coordinating team members within a data-focused environment
  • Proven ability to deliver insights that positively influence business performance and decision-making
  • Familiarity with operational risk controls, governance, and compliance practices
  • Strategic and forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate trends and improve reporting capabilities
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning, operational excellence, and industry best practices
  • Flexibility to support operations outside regular business hours, including weekends or holidays when required
