Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with EPC contractors, subsea operators, and renewable energy companies.

  • Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., Project Directors, Procurement Heads) through structured account planning.

  • Develop Winning Solutions: Architect and lead the preparation of competitive proposals and tenders (RFQ, RFP, ITT), collaborating with technical experts to design end-to-end logistics packages.

  • Lead Commercial Agreements: Negotiate contracts that balance profitability, sustainability, and risk management in line with company standards.

  • Maintain Market Expertise: Continuously analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and upcoming major projects to inform business strategy.

  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Utilize CRM tools to maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide reliable revenue forecasts, and track performance against targets.

  • Ensure Client Success: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition to operations upon project award.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience.

  • Established network and direct experience working within the subsea sector and/or with EPC contractors.

  • Hands-on experience managing the full bid cycle for large-scale, complex tenders.

  • Strong technical grasp of logistics, including INCOTERMS, chartering (air/ocean), heavy-lift, OOG cargo, and customs regulations.

  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
