Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day purchasing operations across various internal departments
  • Create purchase requests and orders for non-technical items
  • Monitor order progress to ensure timely delivery
  • Process all invoices and document receipts in the BC system
  • Validate charges from local ports, external launches, and freight services
  • Coordinate the procurement of food and freshwater
  • Handle purchases for internal launches
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in similar or related industries
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
