Post Fixture / Tanker Operations Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible for post-fixture operations of tanker vessels, ensuring efficient voyage execution and compliance with charter party terms.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle all post-fixture activities after voyage confirmation.

Coordinate with owners, charterers, agents, and terminals.

Monitor vessel schedules, cargo operations, and documentation.

Issue voyage instructions and ensure compliance with Charter Party terms.

Monitor laytime, demurrage, and operational performance.

Ensure compliance with International Maritime Organization regulations and company procedures.
Requirements:
-
Degree in Maritime, Logistics, or related field.
-
2–5 years experience in tanker operations / post-fixture.
-
Must have experience handling Product Tankers and Stainless-Steel Tankers.

Knowledge of tanker chartering, laytime, and demurrage.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and shipping systems.
