Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across ship repair, safety services, and vessel supplies
- Liaise with clients, vessel crew, and technical teams to understand job requirements and ensure smooth execution
- Plan and schedule jobs, manpower, and resources to meet vessel timelines
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for repair works, servicing, and delivery of supplies
- Monitor job progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain proper documentation/reporting
- Supervise and guide junior operations staff where required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marine services, ship repair, ship chandling, or similar operations roles
- Good understanding of vessel operations, port coordination, and service workflows
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
