Key Responsibilities

Manage post-fixture tanker operations from fixture confirmation to voyage completion.

Coordinate with charterers, brokers, vessel masters, and port agents on voyage instructions and operational matters.

Monitor cargo loading, discharge operations, and voyage progress.

Ensure compliance with charter party terms and operational requirements.

Prepare and review operational documents such as voyage instructions, SOF, and laytime calculations.

Work closely with internal teams including commercial, technical, and accounts.
Requirements
-
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tanker operations or post-fixture operations.

Experience handling Product Tankers and Stainless-Steel Chemical Tankers is preferred.

Strong understanding of voyage operations and charter party execution.
-
Good communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced shipping environment.
