they need to manage their ships according to the criteria set by the Company and in accordance with the global laws and standards;
- Having complete familiarity with the Company’s Management System;
- Effectively executing the Management System of the Company;
- Participating in the creation of new or the revision of current procedures;

Requirements
- Maritime experience in a leadership role of at least two years
- Strong understanding of global laws and regulations and of guidelines and recommendations for the industry;
- Strong practical understanding of the various kinds of vessels for which the Marine

- Experience, skills, and training in internal auditing;
- Experience, skills, and training in incident investigation;
- Experience, skills, and training in risk management;
- Knowledge and expertise in marine inspections;
- Strong communication abilities along with teamwork skills;
