Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maritime Structural Engineer to join a growing engineering consultancy team supporting major projects across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of coastal and maritime infrastructure projects.
- Act as Project Design Engineer on small to large-scale projects and serve as the primary client interface.
- Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including coastal engineers, naval architects, environmental scientists, oceanographers, GIS specialists, and M&E engineers.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Marine Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience within an engineering consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of Singaporean and/or international design standards
- Experience managing clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary project teams
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
