Job Description
- Implement Company and HSEQ policies on board and ashore.
- Ensure safe ship operations, emphasizing safety and pollution prevention.
- Facilitate communication between top management and on-board personnel.
- Conduct inspections, review documentation, and address safety concerns.
- Ensure vessel compliance with rules, regulations, and standards.
- Collaborate with Tech managers on corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee safety and competence training for onboard crew.
- Ensure fleet compliance with standard operating instructions.
- Conduct ship inspections, accident/incident investigations, and relevant training sessions.
Requirements:
Master Mariner on bulk carriers
5 years of shore experience managing bulk carriers.
