Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries (email/phone) on valve products, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on sales leads.
- Process purchase orders, verify product details, and enter orders into the system.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production to ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist the external sales team with documentation, product data sheets, and customer records.
- Provide basic technical guidance on valve types, materials, and standards (training provided).
- Maintain customer relationships and handle after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Preferred: 1–3 years of inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service experience, ideally with marine valves, piping, or industrial equipment.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
