Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day HR operations covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Partner with management and department heads on workforce planning, organisational development, and talent management.

Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace policies, performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

Oversee payroll, leave administration, benefits, insurance, and employee records, working with external providers where required.

Ensure HR policies and employment practices comply with the Singapore Employment Act, CPF requirements, workplace regulations, and applicable fair employment guidelines.

Develop and coordinate employee engagement, training, learning and development, and performance management initiatives.

Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data, and personnel documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

Monitor HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment performance, absenteeism, and employee engagement.

Support annual budgeting and workforce cost planning.

Advise management on HR matters and provide recommendations to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Support internal and external HR audits, statutory requirements, and other HR projects as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

At least 4 – 5 years of relevant HR experience, including experience managing or supervising HR functions.

Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.

Experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.

Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

Able to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proactive, approachable, and commercially minded, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels.
