Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- This position reports to the Head of Engineering
- Support new projects and tenders in the review and submission of the engineering and technical documents
- Liaise with Clients and Contractors on engineering and construction deliverables
- Provide engineering expertise advice to the management team
- Provide progress report to the Head of Engineering on on-going projects
- Assist the commercial team to manage class/flag/vendor requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum Engineering Degree, preferably in Naval Architecture
- At least 15 years of experience in the offshore & marine industry
- At least 12 years of experience in marine engineering/design
- At least 5 years in managerial capacity
- High problem-solving skills with experience in managing contractors and engineers
- Proficient in ship-design software
- Excellent communicator in bot written and spoken English
- Candidates with knowledge in OSV designs will have added advantage
