Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating efficiently with other departments.
- Timely reconciliation of voyage results
- Preparing monthly financial reports.
- Respond to vessel owners’ queries.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Collating, preparing, interpreting, and reporting month-end financial results of each vessel
- Prepare AR report and collaborate closely with the operation team on overdue receivables
- Producing consolidated financial reports related to, account payables, account receivables, loans, expenses, etc.
- Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Shipping industry experience preferred.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to stick to time constraints.
