Responsibilities
- Aid in the registration and deregistration of ships with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.
- Compile, examine, and handle documents and certificates for vessel registration.
- Keep precise documentation of vessel ownership, classification, and legal certificates
- Collaborate with vessel owners, operators, and classification organizations for necessary paperwork.
- Track certificate expiration dates and guarantee prompt renewals.
- Guarantee adherence to Singapore maritime laws and global agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties concerning vessel documentation.
- Assist in audits and inspections by guaranteeing that adequate documentation is accessible.
- Manage administrative duties concerning vessel registration and fleet documentation.
Qualifications:
- Qualification or degree in Maritime Studies, Business Management, or a similar discipline.
