Oversee cargo operations for Company products, ensuring efficient handling from loading to discharge.

Coordinate vessel schedules, cargo handling, and port activities to support smooth voyage execution.

Manage blending activities and uphold product quality in line with Company standards.

Handle vessel scheduling, chartering requirements, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
-
Track vessel performance, bunker usage, and overall voyage profitability.
-
Investigate cargo quantity or quality discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
-
Implement strategies to minimize losses during transport and storage.
-
Prepare laytime calculations, manage demurrage, and handle related claims.
-
Produce voyage profit and loss (P&L) reports.
-
Work with surveyors and inspectors to verify and document cargo volumes and quantities.
-
Analyze loss trends and recommend corrective actions.
-
Conduct vessel vetting and manage clearance processes across departments to ensure compliance and safety.

Identify and monitor operational costs.
-
Maintain and update operational reports and statistical data for management and other business units.
Requirements
-
Diploma in any discipline.
-
2–3 years of relevant experience in oil cargo operations within a trading house or oil major.
-
Strong team player with initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, less-structured environment.

Solid knowledge of shipping operations and processes.
