Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Manage vessel operations including voyage planning, port operations, and cargo handling.

Liaise with shipowners, charterers, agents, and masters on daily operational matters.

Monitor vessel schedules, performance, and turnaround to ensure on-time delivery.

Handle port documentation, SOF, and operational reporting.

Ensure compliance with charter party terms, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor voyage costs and support laytime and demurrage calculations.
Requirements
-
2–5 years of experience as a Vessel Operator / Operations Executive in dry bulk shipping.

Strong understanding of charter parties, voyage operations, and port procedures.
-
Good communication and coordination skills.
-
Proficient in MS Excel and shipping systems.
-
Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or related field.
