Job Description
Our client, a shipping company, is on the lookout for a Vessel Accountant to join their team based in their Singapore office!
Responsibilities:
- Perform accounting activities such as bookkeeping, data entry and reporting
- Well versed in handling accounts payables and receivables in the shipping industry
- Costing calculations on vessel revenue and voyage expenses
- Knowledge in Singapore’s accounting standards
- Ability to carry out other administrative duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Accounting, Finance, or business-related degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a similar role, preferably in the shipping industry
- Knowledge in using accounting software or excel
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
