Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Oversee and organize the daily schedule for the company’s launch boat activities
  • Manage logistics for launch arrangements for internal staff, including coordinating with external vendors for services
  • Keep detailed records of launch movements for payment validation and related purposes
  • Support the purchasing department in arranging logistics for the delivery of provisions, spare parts, and other supplies by both land and sea
  • Review and verify relevant invoices
  • Assist the purchasing department with any additional assigned tasks
  • Carry out projects and duties as directed
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics coordination, sales, or purchasing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interact with stakeholders effectively
