Job Description
Job Scope:

Oversee and organize the daily schedule for the company’s launch boat activities
-
Manage logistics for launch arrangements for internal staff, including coordinating with external vendors for services

Keep detailed records of launch movements for payment validation and related purposes
-
Support the purchasing department in arranging logistics for the delivery of provisions, spare parts, and other supplies by both land and sea

Review and verify relevant invoices

Assist the purchasing department with any additional assigned tasks

Carry out projects and duties as directed
Qualifications:
-
Diploma in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline

Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics coordination, sales, or purchasing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interact with stakeholders effectively
