Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure adherence to the Training manual’s guidelines.
- Assess, create, and conduct training programs to uphold vessel safety and marine environmental standards, meeting regulatory and company demands.
- Proactively identify and tackle training needs efficiently while staying within budget limits.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of training sessions.
- Assess training effectiveness and client satisfaction, promptly addressing any deficiencies in line with Quality Management System requirements.
- Keep updated on industry trends and address emerging challenges to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
- Communicate any issues regarding training course planning to the line manager.
- Recognize the impact of seafarer readiness delays on business performance.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, service providers, and external stakeholders across various business functions.
