Trader (Lithium)

Job Detail

Responsibilities:

Develop Relationships with refineries to identify trading opportunities.
Maintain Customer relationships and manage existing business, including contract flows
Understand customer’s needs and develop solutions and strategies to address them effectively.
Gain a detailed understanding of the Lithium supply chain, including identifying challenges and concerns of customers across the value chain.
Acquire strong knowledge of the raw material value in use, and the production process of chemical products.
Develop a deep understanding of the lithium raw material market and product market fundamentals, including trade flows.
Act as a secondary support for the Senior Lithium Book Manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business and International Trade or a relavant major.
At least 5 years of derivatives market experience in mineral commodities and 1 – 5 years of physical sales experience in commodities.
Experience in the Lithium industry will be advantageous.
Good Communication Skills.
Strong work ethics, ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deals.
Collaborates well with others and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented, systematic and organized.
