Job Detail

Commercial contract drafting and terms negotiations.
Letter of credit issuance, document presentations, and negotiations.
Liaise with banks and the internal finance department to execute trade finance for physical shipments and Forex hedges.
Post shipment settlements.
Ensure the integrity of management information provided to Finance and Risk for reporting purposes.
Support an outstanding control environment as well as develop and implement new initiatives.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of trade finance, UCP600, ISBP, and bulk commodities trading operations would be advantageous.
Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in a trade support function, experience in bulk commodities preferred.
Ability to do multi-task and handle a high volume of transactions.
Attention to detail and ability to work within a short timeline.
Ability to prioritise and deploy strategy to handle multiple issues according to the situation.
Able to work as a part of the team as well as independently.
Ability to communicate effectively with partners and peers.
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
