Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end trade operations for metal trading transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance with contract terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor trade operations for metal transactions.
- Prepare and review trade documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with traders, suppliers, banks, and logistics providers.
- Manage trade finance processes such as Letter of Creditdocumentation and payments.
- Track shipments and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Maintain accurate records of trades and operational reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or related field.
- 2–5 years experience in trade operations within metal or commodity trading.
- Knowledge of Commodity Tradingoperations and international trade documentation.
- Familiarity with metals such as Copper, Aluminum, or Steelis an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and trade management systems.
