Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing of shipping (import and export) documents
  • Prepare and negotiation of L/C
  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Manage the full spectrum of documentation and payment invoices
  • Updating trade information into system

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity with a trading house, oil & gas sector will be preferred
  • Proficient with incoterms, systems
