Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with banks, traders, suppliers, and buyers
  • Handle full set of documentations & Trade Finance Operations / Import & Export Documents (LC documentation)
  • Review and draft contracts when needed
  • Ensuring of LCs are timely issued and received
  • Liaising with freight forwarder / warehouse on shipments arrangements and cargo release
  • To be able to assist in credit & operation risk, and hedging

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma with relevant education qualifications (Finance/Maritime)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
  • Good knowledge on trade finance, Incoterms
  • Familiar with Contracts terms and law will be advantageous
  • Good knowledge on trade operations, risk, and hedging
  • Ability to handle large volume of L/C monthly
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
